The Production Results option prints the Production Results Report for work order closed on given day or a summary of all closed work orders, by raw material item, over a period of time. It can be run as part of the Close End of Day (EOD) process; the EOD report will include individual work orders closed on the EOD date.
The Production Result Report for a single work order lists the raw material and other raw material items used for the work order, the manufacturing costs standards added to the finished goods items and the total cost of the finished goods items with the raw material, other raw material and manufacturing cost standards allocations, and the actual yield for each finished goods item and the average yield for the total work order.
The summary report summarizes the above information for a raw material item for a period of time, calculating an average yield and average cost for all the work orders that use the raw material item for the time period entered. The report can be printed with or without the raw material lot detail and the finished goods work order line details.
